  1. •Royal Forestry Certificate in Arboriculture.

  2. •ONC In building studies.

  3. •HNC In building studies.

  4. •Arboricultural Association Technicians Certificate in Arboriculture.

  5. •Lantra approved professional tree inspector.

  6. •Completion of Trees and Mortgage/Insurance reporting module and member of AMIUG.

  7. •Member of CAS (Consulting Arborist Society)

  8. •Licensed user of QTRA (Quantified Tree Risk Assesment System)


Construction Qualifications

  1. •ONC In building studies.

  2. •HNC In building studies.


Relevant Experience

  1. •Qualifying as a quantity surveyor for a major construction company after five years of multidisciplinary training with land surveyors, planners, structural engineers, services engineers, architects and project managers.

  2. •Owning and managing a tree surgery firm for twelve years.

  3. •Regularly attending courses and seminars on tree and woodland surveys, report writing, subsidence, BS5837, sustainable construction etc.

  4. •Carrying out a diverse range of arboricultural consultancy services since 2001.

  5. •Attending court as an arboricultural expert witness on two occasions.
